As a multimedia journalism student at Virginia Tech, I learned best broadcast practices from shooting and editing to anchoring and producing. This includes experience with Adobe Premiere and Avid Media Composure.

While a senior in the MMJ course "Digital Newsroom," I was one of two students selected to produce and direct a half-hour final show for the university's news channel, The News Feed.
